I really like the artist Dran because a lot of his art is illustration-based and cartoonish, something I’m very into. His pieces have meaning, whether they be political or a play on words, and I really like how a piece can have deep meaning, but also have this childish, cartoon-vibe to it. Many of his pieces are dark, so they add a sad or depressing element to a style of drawing/painting that is so fun and illustrative. I love the color schemes he uses, mixing colors with gray areas, and how you can see meaning and morals behind every piece he does.
